We Beat Any Written Quote by 5%
Find a genuine written quote for the same engine and the same work, and we will beat it by five per cent. The conditions are short and we will tell you plainly if a quote does not qualify.
Three conditions, and that is all
Written
A verbal figure cannot be compared. Send the written quote as you received it.
Itemised
The engine and the labour shown separately. A single total hides whether you are comparing the same thing.
Like for like, from a legitimate workshop
Same engine code, same condition and the same scope of work, from a registered business. Backyard jobs are not comparable and we will say so.
They are there so the comparison is real
The conditions are not there to get us out of honouring it. They are there because an unqualified comparison is not a comparison. A quote with no itemisation can hide a different engine code, a used engine instead of a reconditioned one, or labour quoted at an hourly rate with no cap.
If a quote does not qualify, we will tell you why rather than quietly declining. Often the quote is for genuinely different work, and knowing that is more useful to you than five per cent.
