The option most Victorian customers choose. We supply the reconditioned engine and fit it ourselves, so one team is answerable for the rebuild and the installation.

The engine price is published with GST included and fitting is a flat $1,000. There is no labour estimate to negotiate.
Your accessories transferred properly
Intake, alternator, turbo, sensors and ancillaries come off your old engine and go onto the reconditioned block here.

Send your rego or VIN. We confirm the engine code rather than guessing from the model name.
Price confirmed
The engine price with GST, plus the flat $1,000 fitting. You know the total before you book.
Vehicle booked in
Bring it to 3 David Lee Rd, Hallam. If the vehicle cannot be driven, ask about towing and collection.
Fitted and tested
The reconditioned engine goes in, your accessories transfer across, and the vehicle is checked before it goes back to you.
This service is Victoria only
Fitting is carried out at the Hallam workshop and nowhere else. If you are interstate, the engine is supplied and freighted to you or your own mechanic instead.

What is included in the $1,000?
Fitting the reconditioned engine we supply, including transferring your original accessories across onto it. It is a flat rate on any engine on our price list.
How long will the vehicle be off the road?
It depends on the engine and the vehicle. We give a realistic window when we confirm the booking rather than an optimistic one.
Can you collect the vehicle?
Towing and vehicle collection can be arranged where available. Ask when you book.
Will you beat a supply-and-fit quote?
Yes, by five per cent, provided it is an itemised written quote for identical work from a legitimate workshop.
